Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will give you total authority over your email accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this user-friendly user interface, you can create a brand new email mailbox account in no time and administer its settings easily. Additionally, you can forward email messages from one mail account to another, activate mail filters, create auto-response messages and guard your mailboxes against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your mailboxes against spam electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtering your incoming emails based on specific rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Simply choose the e-mail account you want to redirect messages from, then select the target e-mail box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you want to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
